D&P Trading supplies a wide range of products for sailmakers, including haberdashery and specialist accessories. Existing customers can easily place orders via their personal environment, while new customers can register online for access to the platform.
The order system is clearly laid out and makes it quick and easy for customers to find and order the right products according to their own price agreements and order history.
We realised a direct link with Exact, automatically synchronising all products, customer-specific prices and orders. Each customer sees only his own price agreements and orders are immediately processed correctly in the administration.
This automation prevents errors, saves time and ensures an efficient ordering process from request to processing. The result is a scalable and future-proof platform that perfectly suits D&P Trading's trading activities.
In addition to the full link with Exact for products, customer-specific prices and orders, we developed a QR code scanner within the website. Customers can scan QR codes on product packages in their stores as soon as stock is (almost) exhausted.
After scanning, the correct product is immediately recognised and can be re-ordered with one action. The order is automatically processed in Exact. This prevents manual input, saves time and reduces the risk of errors. The result is an efficient, smart and future-proof ordering process that perfectly matches D&P Trading's daily practice.
